Prophetechs introduces a powerful suite of on-demand Talent Management Solutions. The suite was designed to capture, analyze and present information for improved decision making in the management of human capital. Organizations use this suite to: assess and select talent, measure employee and customer engagement, conduct management and employee performance reviews, succession planning, and goal management.

Delivery
The suite is delivered as Software as a Service (SaaS) employing a subscription model. All one needs to run the service is a browser and Internet connection. Clients do not have to purchase any additional hardware or software. The application is housed at Rackspace, a leader in the web hosting arena.

Technology
The database is powered by Microsoft SQL 2008 and developed using the Micorsoft.Net platform. The Prophetechs suite integrates with your HRIS or enterprise system. Data can be exported in Excel, XML, Word, Power Point and HTML formats. API's are available for clients that want to streamline the data download process to link survey responses with customer databases.
